Dr. Sara Zarei, MSc, MD, PhD, our Vice President of Research and Scholarly Activities at AMCT, is a remarkable professional with a distinctive and multidisciplinary background that distinguishes her in the field of clinical research. She graduated from the University of California San Diego with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics, showcasing her strong foundation in mathematical analysis. Subsequently, she achieved her PhD in Computational Science/Applied Math in Medicine from San Diego State University, highlighting her expertise in data analysis and modeling.
Dr. Zarei’s journey in medicine led her to attend the San Juan Bautista School of Medicine, where she graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors, further demonstrating her commitment to excellence. She also gained invaluable experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Harvard School of Medicine, enriching her knowledge and skills.
